After working more than 20 years in the Personal Computing field, I left the corporate world to focus my attentions on individual clients.  I find this type of work very fulfilling and enjoy helping my Clients use their technology.

HOW WE DO IT

I offer both on-site and telephone (remote) based support.  In some cases, an on-site visit is needed to fully understand and address a Client's needs and issues.

I always strive to treat my Clients as friends, helping them with their computing and A/V needs.  The first step is a two-way conversation to determine what is needed; a true solution can be given only if the wants and needs are understood.
